Service 01 · In the plan

A store that convinces strangers.

Your customers already like you. The problem is everyone else — the stranger who lands from an ad, decides in eleven seconds, and leaves without telling you why. We rebuild the store around that person.

Thirty seconds on what actually changes.

The problem

Your theme was built to look nice, not to sell.

Most Shopify themes are designed to photograph well in a marketplace listing. They are not designed around the six decisions a stranger actually makes: is this real, is it for me, what does it cost delivered, who else bought it, what if it's wrong, and can I do this on my phone in twenty seconds.

A rebuild isn't a fresh coat of paint. It's answering all six of those before the person has to go looking.

What you get

Seven things, done properly.

The whole store rebuiltHome, collection, product, cart and checkout — rewritten and rebuilt on a theme that holds up, in your own Shopify account.
Product pages that answer the objectionDelivery cost and time above the fold, sizing and materials without a click, returns stated in plain words, reviews sitting where the doubt happens.
Mobile built first, not squashedMost of your traffic is a thumb on a phone. The build starts there and grows up, rather than starting at desktop and getting crushed down.
Checkout friction removedExpress payments switched on, the account wall taken down, shipping surprises moved forward so nobody meets a new number at the last step.
Speed that survives your appsImages resized properly, dead apps stripped out, fonts loaded once. Measured before and after, and you get both numbers.
Migration if you need itComing off Wix, Squarespace or WooCommerce — products, customers, orders and URLs move across with redirects in place so your search rankings survive.
The keys, permanentlyIt's your Shopify account, your theme, your domain. If you leave, the store stays exactly as it is and nothing switches off.
How it runs

Four weeks, no mystery.

TeardownA recorded walk through your current store, showing exactly where people leave. You keep the recording either way.
StructurePage-by-page plan and the new words, agreed with you before a single thing is built.
BuildBuilt on a copy of your theme so your live store keeps selling the entire time.
SwitchGo live on a quiet morning, watch it for a week, fix whatever the real traffic finds.

It's in the plan.

The Conversion Store isn't an add-on or a separate quote. It's the first month's big deliverable on the standard plan, alongside the flows, the review engine and the order-value work.

Three-month minimum. For Australian brands doing about $10k a month or more — under that, this work has too little traffic to multiply and we'll say so.

About this one

Asked and answered.

Will my store be down while you build?

No. Everything is built on a duplicate of your theme. Your live store keeps taking orders the whole way through, and the switch takes about ten minutes on a morning you choose.

Do I have to change theme?

Usually yes, and we'll tell you why before we touch anything. If your current theme is sound we'll rebuild on it instead — there's no prize for making extra work.

What if I've already paid someone for a redesign?

Then start with the teardown and see whether you actually need this. If the bones are good, the flows and review work will do more for you than another rebuild, and we'll say that plainly.

Who writes the words?

We do, and you approve them before the build starts. You know your product better than we ever will, so the first draft comes back to you with questions attached.
